With nearly 20 years of experience in defence electronics, aviation and delivering complex programmes, Dave is known for combining strategic insight with commercial rigour.

He leads with an emotionally intelligent approach that drives sustainable growth and high-performance teams. Dave is APMP-certified and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Management.
