Steve Soto brings over 10 years of operations, engineering, and lean management experience to Custom Power. He currently serves as Director of Operations, overseeing Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse functions at our US facility.

He has held leadership roles at Lynam Industries, Goodridge Fluid Transfer Systems, and Louis Vuitton. Throughout his career, Steve has led key initiatives in Kaizen implementation, lean training, safety improvements, and factory re-layouts. His work has consistently improved material flow, production efficiency, and cost control.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and has completed specialized training in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, ISO/AS Auditing, and Supply Chain Management.
