APTIX® vs. Traditional Batteries
The APTIX® Series bridges the gap between off-the-shelf batteries and bespoke battery development. Each product is based on a completed and validated design – including smart BMS, safety protection, authentication, and compliance-ready architecture – while allowing rapid configuration of connectors, housings, labelling, and regional certification packages.
Because APTIX® batteries are built-to-order rather than stocked COTS, customers can move from prototype to production quickly and with confidence, avoiding redesign cycles, certification surprises, and battery design liability. The result is a scalable power architecture that grows with customer systems – from embedded intelligent modules to high-energy packs and subsystem-level energy solutions.
The APTIX® Range
The APTIX® battery portfolio offers smart lithium-ion solutions spanning a range of voltages and energy capacities for OEM applications. The CP2135-2 is a compact 7.2V embedded pack, while the CP3135-2 provides a 10.8V option. The CP4135-2 delivers 14.4V for systems requiring a higher bus voltage with robust safety and telemetry, and the CP4235-2 doubles its capacity while retaining the same intelligent, safety-focused architecture. Completing the portfolio, the 100470-1-101 is the highest-voltage and highest-energy model, evolving from embedded soft-pack modules to a fully enclosed, self-contained energy subsystem for more demanding applications.
