We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Guillaume Grenard as General Manager of our US operations in Fountain Valley, California. In this role, Guillaume will lead the company’s manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, project management and quality functions, supporting continued growth and operational excellence across the business.
Guillaume brings more than 15 years of international leadership experience across aerospace, advanced manufacturing and commercial operations. His background includes senior leadership positions at Kirkhill Aerospace, Overair and Thales, where he drove business growth, operational improvement and strategic transformation.
His appointment further strengthens Custom Power’s commitment to delivering advanced battery and energy solutions for customers operating in demanding and mission-critical sectors, including aerospace, defense, medical, autonomous systems and industrial markets. Custom Power’s US facility combines dedicated battery engineering expertise with domestic manufacturing capabilities, enabling customers to access support throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and qualification through to production and long-term technical support.
Guillaume’s experience in operational leadership and business transformation will help enhance collaboration between engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams, enabling Custom Power to continue delivering innovative, high-reliability power solutions while maintaining the responsiveness and quality its customers expect.
As demand for advanced battery technology continues to grow, Guillaume will play a key role in strengthening Custom Power’s operational capabilities and ensuring the company remains a trusted partner for organizations developing next-generation systems where performance, safety and reliability are critical.
